Fun Card For Dad Or Grad!

My best friends son is graduating from high school and when I looked for cards I couldn't find anything that I liked that was creative, so I decided to make my own card. Most kids would rather have money than gift cards, so I thought it would be fun to incorporate some cash in an artistic way on the front of the card. I did some research on Pinterest and found a Utube video for a cool way to fold a dollar bill into a dress shirt and tie, similar to what he will be wearing for graduation. Now all I need to do is slip some cash inside and send it on it's way :)

Supplies:
Utube video: How to make the dollar bill shirt and tie
Cricut Design Space: Congrats Graduate Card
Black card stock
White card stock
Blue metallic Cricut pen
Glitzy Glitter Vinyl from The Buckle Boutique

How I did it:
1. Follow the instructions and cut out the card template from the Cricut Design Space.
2. Carefully weed the extra vinyl off of your "Congrats" decoration piece and apply it to your card using blue painters tape to transfer it to the card.
3. Attach dollar bill shirt and tie with repositionable/removable adhesive.

This card could easily be made for Father's Day with some easy alterations to the background print.
