First Day Back To School Free Printables!

I can't believe we are starting school so early this year! Summer really flew by, but my daughter is so excited to be a 5th grader this year, she can't wait to start school. To celebrate her senior year of elementary school, I made a little first day back treat bag, water bottle, and TicTac label sticker set.

You can use these for treat bags or even on top of cupcakes, if you are allowed to bring those to school. I used them on mini hand sanitizers for the class. You can just right click on them and save them to your computer for personal use only :)

I decorated some water bottles for the class with these labels:

and used these TicTac labels...

If you like the first day back sign my daughter is holding you can right click on the one below that works for you, and save it to your computer. For personal use only :)

I would love to see your first day photos!

My New Addiction!

I was strolling through Michael's the other day and I found a really cute planner from Me and My Big Ideas.  I had a coupon burning a whole in my pocket, so I decided to purchase it and see what this planner thing is all about.

It didn't take long to become totally addicted to decorating my planner with all of the cute stickers and embellishments that they sell to coordinate with the planners! I'm about three sticker sheets away from an intervention or divorce!

I have decided to make my planner more of a memory keeping photo planner with images that I add during the current month in addition to the appointments etc. I will enjoy keeping my planners in the future and looking back on what was happening in our lives during this time.

These are the items I used to decorate my planner:
1. The Happy Planner stickers
2. MAMBI Sticks
3. Cheetah Rose Rhinestone Sheets from The Buckle Boutique
4. A cute tassel that I attached to a ribbon embellished paper clip.
5. Studio G and Sharpie markers to write in my planner.
6. Personal 1.5"x1.5" photos I printed on 4x6 photo paper
7. My Xyron machine to attach all of the photos on the page.

#LOVEWINS Blog Hop

I love a challenge. When The Buckle Boutique sent me this giant sheet of beautiful Rainbow Rhinestones, with the idea of coming up with a #lovewins blog hop, I couldn't wait to get started! My fabulous assistant is gay, so I knew this post had to be well thought out and in good taste for him to approve. No pressure or anything!!!

I created this save the date in Photoshop Elements on a 4x6 background and added some adhesive Rainbow Rhinestones from The Buckle Boutique on both the card and the table number holder.

The rehearsal dinner invite was also done in Photoshop Elements and layered on black card stock and metallic card stock and adhered to each other with my Xyron machine.

I found these cute tiny mason jar favor at Michaels and added some skittles and bling to the outside with the graphic from the wedding to be used as thank you favors for the rehearsal dinner.

This is a giant clothes pin I found at Michaels with some added bling to be used to hold the table number cards perfectly.
I added some silk denim ribbon with some burlap and bling to the tealites for the rehearsal party centerpieces. I love the flower pot shape of these little tealite holders.

I made a wine charm and refrigerator magnet for party favors also using this free printable I created. Just right click on the photo to save it for personal use only :)

Some of the other Design Team members from The Buckle Boutique have created projects also. Make sure to hop over and see what they have created.  The full line up is below :)

Minecraft Inspired Birthday Card

My daughter went to her good friends birthday party a couple of weekends ago and it was a Minecraft theme. I had been wanting to attempt one of these card in a box design cards so I decided to make this my first one.
It took a bit of time to cut out those images LOL
I had to make the envelope cute also :)

The party was a blast and how cute is this cake!

These are the websites I used for items to make the card:
Idea for card
This was the site I got my inspiration for this card from.

Minecrafters Font
I used this font in Photoshop Elements to place the sentiment on the front of the card over the background image.

Minecraft images
I printed some of these images on glossy photo paper and cut them out and placed them on the inside of the card.
